Pros
I have worked for the company for almost 2 yrs. I've found that there is a great appreciation for their staff. Management is very patient, flexible and understanding on various levels. The atmosphere is more family like and everyone works together as a team. When you walk into the office you can definitely feel a sense of calm, welcoming and friendly attitudes. They pay fairly decent, and the benefits are a bonus that the company offers it's staff. There are incentives and room for growth within, you just need to take the initiative. The CEO throws "Ingle Mingles" quarterly to encourage the staff to get together and bond. Personally I have never worked for a company that was as involved with their staff as Ingle. Robin Ingle includes himself in Birthday wishes for every staff member, he's friendly and courteous to all staff. The company is always looking for ways to expand their network, creating more job opportunities for internal growth as well as externally. The way in which Ingle holds its reputation and it's want to continue to educate people on the importance of what we stand for, plus the drive for expansion is admirable. If you are looking for a potential career, a job where you can actually look forward to going to everyday, this place is a must to drop off your resume.
Cons
Some departments lack management guidance. This causes some work to fall through the cracks. Although, this is always turned around as a learning experience that we can all grow from.
