old school company/mentality, good teammates but poor leadership

Pros

team is young and supportive, downtown office accessible by transit, open concept workspace, free beverages, smaller company so can climb the corporate ladder fast.

Cons

no onboarding, low budgets so no company culture/activities, you have to self-learn a lot about the products and company, no HR office, leadership is very old school (must arrive 9-5), working from home is discouraged and C-levels do not have proper strategy in place.
