Pros

I have worked for the company for almost 2 yrs. I've found that there is a great appreciation for their staff. Management is very patient, flexible and understanding on various levels. The atmosphere is more family like and everyone works together as a team. When you walk into the office you can definitely feel a sense of calm, welcoming and friendly attitudes. They pay fairly decent, and the benefits are a bonus that the company offers it's staff. There are incentives and room for growth within, you just need to take the initiative. The CEO throws "Ingle Mingles" quarterly to encourage the staff to get together and bond. Personally I have never worked for a company that was as involved with their staff as Ingle. Robin Ingle includes himself in Birthday wishes for every staff member, he's friendly and courteous to all staff. The company is always looking for ways to expand their network, creating more job opportunities for internal growth as well as externally. The way in which Ingle holds its reputation and it's want to continue to educate people on the importance of what we stand for, plus the drive for expansion is admirable. If you are looking for a potential career, a job where you can actually look forward to going to everyday, this place is a must to drop off your resume.

Cons

Some departments lack management guidance. This causes some work to fall through the cracks. Although, this is always turned around as a learning experience that we can all grow from.

Pros

Did I mention flexibility? I am very grateful for Ingle to have gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I started as a part-time employee, but I eventually was able to work full time hours because my manager was so accommodating. The call centre is opened from 6:30am to 11pm so lots of hours available. The extended health benefits are excellent for a smaller company. I had great coworkers (educated, fun, not full of themselves), many of which have moved on to law school or grad school. The office location at Richmond and Spadina is great for downtowners and commuters alike. In my own experience, Ingle/Novus Health pays above market rate for bilingual call center positions.

Cons

The work can be a little boring if you are in the call center, which is eventually the reason that led me to find other employment. However, it is fulfilling when you are able to help someone cope with a difficult health situation affecting their family. At the time, the office was on the basement level (not sure if that is still the case) so it was depressing to work in a lower light environment especially in the winter.
