The role has given me room to apply what I know while also pushing into new territory. There's a culture of curiosity here that I didn't expect, questions are welcomed, cross-functional visibility is real, and you're not siloed into a narrow lane. I have a broad background across industries and company sizes, and Ingram ranks among the best places I've worked. The culture feels real rather than performative.
