Pros

Work on old-school public relations tactics even though other companies are much more current

Cons

The owner Kim Miller insults and degrades employees on a daily basis. Worst company I have ever worked for. Also hires young employees with no experience so she doesn't have to worry about paying them a decent salary.

Pros

I worked two summers as an intern and really enjoyed my experience overall. The work can be challenging at times but I never felt as though I was given something I couldn't handle and I was always provided guidance. I felt as though the CEO made sure to diversify the work I was given and give me tasks where she thought I could learn and grow. Every summer I learned new aspects of marketing and gained valuable experience. The work environment overall is really nice. The company tries to have fun activities such as company outings, happy hours and sometimes even nail experts come in. I felt as though the company and CEO worked really hard to make people feel valued and the perks were super different than what I had experienced working for nonprofits and in government positions in the past. The coworkers are mainly young (mid 20s) which is a nice perk and everyone is pretty friendly. Plus dogs sometimes come in!

Cons

The only main con was there wasn't a full-time opening when I graduated but overall a great company.
