Pros
100 percent remote; tons of time off, good benefits. Closed between Xmas and new year’s paid by company in addition to generous PTO. Salary at or better than market. Summer hours. Nice team.

Fast paced, and with that comes pressure.

- opportunities for growth - pleasant benefits (i.e. company lunches, snacks, paid maternity and paternity leave)

- "fast paced" environment - extremely small team - not a lot of resources - management opposes collaboration - work-life balance is nonexistent
