      - CEO and CFO are very accessible and have a great mission. - Fantastic PTO benefits - Small company that has a very community-based spirit - Good pay - Product is niche and has lots of room to grow out and up - Work is fast-paced and fun. Lots of new projects

      - Due to the small nature of the company, many positions are single-threaded. This can get overwhelming if there are lots of things coming down the pipeline.
