Deceptive Hiring Practices: This company hired me for a Sales position, but after I provided them with my professional network and contacts, they suddenly cut ties without any legitimate reason. Scam for Contacts: It became apparent that they were only interested in my contacts and connections. After I handed over leads and business contacts, communication started to drop, and shortly after, I was let go. Lack of Transparency: They never had a clear business development plan, and it felt like they just needed my connections to grow their own client base without any real intention of keeping me onboard. Unprofessional and Dishonest: Once they had what they needed, they didn’t fulfill any of their promises regarding career growth, incentives, or even the compensation plan.
