      - Great company if you are starting out, offers lots of support - Great culture, everyone's super friendly - Start up mentality - Flat hierarchical structure, can even reach out directly to the CEO easily if you need something from him.

      Cons

      - Because it's a consultant company, and your working to a client, it's always a 3 party game when it comes to feedback and performance reviews, and sometimes things can get confusing - Compensation may be below average, especially if you don't negotiate.

      It's a consultancy so you don't really work for then.

      Good culture, young spirit from the employes and good comissions.

      Cons

      Salary isn’t sufficient if you put in perspective how much work you have to do (aswell as luck) in order to have a comission.
