Pros
I began at Innovage not too long ago. Within a short period of time, I have witnessed outstanding leadership, impeccable decision making, and forthright accountability. The InnovAge of the past is being transformed into the InnovAge of the future. From the CEO to the varying IT personnel, these individuals are working as a team with passion and hope to build a better institution. The negative reviews of the company are likely due to individuals pushing their own perspectives of the business on the entirety of their roles and responsibilities. InnovAge recognizes its past and is doing amazing at rectifying it. The management is kind, objective, and oriented to making the program as great as they can.
Cons
Particular staff, throughout the company, can be quite standoffish if they disagree with the company’s direction, leading to division. This is not so much a Con as simply a way of life in companies. If you are not accustomed to working hard and providing your work ethic to a maximum potential, I would advise you seek other employment. InnovAge is striving to be the best, don’t drag it down with jealousy or animosity.
