Pros
They are pretty flexible with scheduling if you're a student, the employees are nice and helpful if you're having trouble understanding something, and there are almost always opportunities to train in other areas.
Cons
Not many employees got raises, we were constantly hiring new people because employees wouldn't stay, and they weren't very consistent in their training so many employees would have a hard time understanding exactly it was they needed to do.
