Please review jobs before deciding to work there. That was my mistake with this pharmacy.

Pros
Co-workers were very helpful and positive. The owners were not helpful and positive by creating a negative atmosphere.
Cons
A very dishonest company mixed with some favoritism. When it comes to benefits, I found a mixed review. Some employees were not offered insurance, some were, but in reality the premiums/deductibles were too high and not worth it. They do not tolerate mistakes and have such a huge turn around rate, everyone thinks they will be fired next. Don't waste your time working for this company because I wasted too many sleepless nights and nightmares during and after working for this pharmacy.

Pros
It's a small company, why the owners insist on staying open until 9 PM everyday is a mystery all the employees there ponder. The management is not perfect, but is better than most places. The people are really nice to work with and get along well with each other.
Cons
The hours are not great. There is favotism and nepotism which causes a lot of problems there. Job training can be sub par and management does not do a great job following up with the employee to see if training is good.
