* 9-5 job but you rarely actually work 8 hours * Sales job so can get as much out of it as you put in *Opportunity to learn about pharmaceutical industry

Cons

*Bonus structure changes constantly and hard to understand *Limited visibility into what bonus you will receive

Pros

1. Each facet of the company is teachable and with the amazing Training Team as well as having the drive to learn anyone can certainly make a name for themselves. 2. Everyone is very willing to help you succeed, never be afraid to ask for help. 3. Competitive Salary, don't fear respectful negotiation (within reason). 4. Paid Vacation Time, Sick Time and Holiday's are generous. 5. NYC Location! 6. Team events in house or externally - great for staff camaraderie.

Cons

1. Commute, if not in the NYC area. 2. Oddly - Health Benefits are not the best, but there are a variety of options; costs should definitely be lower being a Health Care GPO and all. 3. Depending on the position, it can be challenging to disconnect; certainly not a typical 9-5 for some. 4. Senior Leadership should work on time management and connect with their teams more often; work related or not, a check in goes a long way.

Pros

There really, REALLY aren't any.

Cons

CEO is insane. Issues are not addressed-just turned into bigger/different issues. There is no communication in any department. Overload those who do their job well with multiple various jobs other than their own with no prior discussions, compensation increases, or recognition for a job well done. There is no impressing anyone here, no matter how much you do you're told you're not doing enough. If you don't look completely overwhelmed all of the time, they think you're not doing anything at all. If you're not making the CEO money directly, he couldn't care less about you and will treat you like dirt. No events or activities to attempt to increase office morale. No perks. Scolded for taking breaks to talk to other employees. Very behind-the-back management, things are never just clearly communicated with the person there is an issue with. Strong nepotism/favoritism of people connected through friends, etc, whether or not they are good employees. I could go on and on. DO NOT work here. It will break you.
