Pros

- parking, fancy office(which in the end does not matter) - free coffee (if you believe in free)

Cons

- systematic downleveling of senior engineers through artificial skill assessments or fabricated performance gaps to cut compensation - no trust, no ownership — every decision runs up the chain(if you can call it chain). - wrong tools, wrong choices, no clear path to modernization. - the domain sells itself; the product doesn't deliver anything worth building. - A PR cult that's weaponized "quality" into a religion of microscopic nitpicks that does not serve anybody. - lot of people quit the company with mental health issues - company is basically a masterclass in everything done wrong. If your goal is to become a depressed, overworked keyboard monkey with slowly deteriorating mental health — you are welcome here. - people? - one dimensional boring bots

Pros

- people i am working with - could be interesting domain, but…

Cons

- its often project driven where requirements of projects are handled as written in stone which kills many improvements, product is steered in a way what is best for project not product as whole - management doesnt communicate well, culture is off last couple of months or a year ever since big changes from HR, any question is answered with passive aggresive attitude which doesnt contribute well to the culture doesnt really feel like we can freely share feedback which will be taken into account - company values mostly developers, other roles are not that important and sometimes not taken into account that when someone leaves, workload needs to be distributed to other people, they dont hire - when big changes came in organisation structure, the communication of change was handled very poorly, many people didnt know how it affected them and the presentation didnt help the cause.
