Working for the project i had a really smooth onboarding process.. Everything was set up nicely and it helped me get into the role without any hiccups..
Cons
Honestly you really have to watch out for some people there. Specially the company Accountant can get seriously out of line using vulgar language that not only makes the whole team uncomfortable but also drags down the company reputation... What is worse there are people who actually support this behavior even if it brings their own professionalism into question.. Be extra cautious around that person because even just being nearby could get you into trouble. The company really needs to consider some training or counseling for these kind of employee to teach them how to behave properly with employees. If they do not the company image will end up in shambles with management secrets being whispered around to everyone ears and being rolling bad behind.. Be very careful when dealing with people like that because it will put in trouble...
