You can sit in office and apply for Jobs as there is no manager, late salaries, half of the employees are late in office always all thanks to their reference recruitment policies.
Cons
No leadership. No major clients. Their HR has no idea why salaries are delayed she is herself a BD who focus only on bribing client. They bluffed me on my Visa for good 6 months and made me work on my husbands Dependents by giving me salary in cash on 10 or 11th of every month. Their BD is directors old friend who does fake promises on candidate selection and will change statements always. For IT contractors they will not give any benefits, deduct salaries and treat like slaves.
