The people working here are awesome. Hard-working, willing to help others learn, and able to enjoy spending time together as a group. There are no real egos...the no jerks thing is sincerely meant. Hard work, knowledge, and creative ideas are respected and recognized. It is still a small company with none of the bureaucracy of larger companies The CEO and leadership team make an effort to know everyone, solicit thoughts on various initiatives, and show appreciation for the work being done. The projects are diverse and interesting. Clients have a high satisfaction rate with both the project teams and the leadership at the company.

If anything...there may be a bit of the workaholic in just about everyone working at this company, but its obvious these are people passionate about what they do. At moment, they are trying to rapidly grow the business, so there are naturally some growing pains but these are being acknowledged by the leadership team and resolved as soon as possible.

Innoveer has some of the most intelligent, technical, analytical, think-outside-the box employees. We like to bounce ideas and strategize with each other. If you like to be a sponge and continue your own development, you'll find Innoveer a great place to work at. But the best characteristic of the company, is there are so many employees who have a very dry and witty sense of humor; and laughter is encouraged!

Not many "cons" to speak of. They would be similar to what you would find in other companies, like the cost of benefits. Although, we haven't had much of hike in the past. My friends are telling me how much their benefits cost and what their employer pays - we still have it good here.
