Exciting technology, growing markets, challenging work, opportunity to stretch yourself, GREAT people. I wanted to write this view to specifically express my personal thanks to Inseego for their leadership during this pandemic. Our CEO keeps us up to date. He made it clear from the start, his number one priority is the health and well-being of the employees. And his and the senior leadership team actions reflect their words. Very grateful to work with such a great company.
Cons
I don't perceive any downsides to working at Inseego; or any other company I have worked for. I am not suggesting that problems do not arise or there are difficult times, fast pace, changing markets. I try to view these situations through a lens of things that needs to be addressed. I learned at an early age, if something is broken, don't wait around for someone else to fix it, fix it yourself or help someone fix it. Complaining is really a waste of time.
