Pros

Remote work flexibility. That’s about it.

Cons

-Lack of vision from the top down - Benefits vary widely by geography. No parental leave in the US. Paid time off also varies widely. They hit the bare minimum country requirements and then preach how company culture is global. - No room for career growth - No room for training or specialization - Work environment and treatment varies widely across geographies - Work/life balance only respected in founding geography. All other geos are expected to pick up the slack. - Company culture replaced by “hip” music in AllHands meetings to distract from poor company performance and outlook. - Preach an open door policy but concerns are quickly silenced in conversations that are supposed to address them. - Employees laid off in some geographies and then similar roles hired in geographies that will cost them less $ - Leadership all close to retirement and just looking to sell their business.

Pros

My time at Insentra was marked by a lot of promises and a lot of hope, with fun people to work with, enjoyable work, until the culture changed.

Cons

I warned them that the culture was changing. They didn't listen. It became rather toxic towards the end, and I was set up to fail on a project I had no hope of finishing on my own. I asked for help from all geos, and it was refused. The project was delayed through no fault of my own, and I got the boot.

Pros

Until about August or September of 2023, this was the best place in the world to work. I thought I had at last found a company that put its employees first. Pay was good, benefits were decent, culture was great at first.

Cons

The upper leadership sent all their managers through what I am realizing, at this point, was a cult initiation. The managers became absolutely obsessed with productivity and goals, and they killed the company culture. Unfortunately, the disease goes all the way to the top, and the CEOs are unaware that they did anything wrong. They killed the fun culture and began driving all the fun people away, for the sake of possibly earning a few more dollars. Sad.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you had enjoyed most of your experience at Insentra. While over 2023 we have invested in upskilling of our managers, we do maintain our company culture to be one of our key priorities and what makes Insentra unique and, we believe, still the best place in the world to work. If you’re keen to share more insights (we’d love to listen) please reach out to Vibe@insentragroup.com
