They hit the bare minimum country requirements and then preach how company culture is global. - No room for career growth - No room for training or specialization - Work environment and treatment varies widely across geographies - Work/life balance only respected in founding geography. All other geos are expected to pick up the slack. - Company culture replaced by “hip” music in AllHands meetings to distract from poor company performance and outlook. - Preach an open door policy but concerns are quickly silenced in conversations that are supposed to address them. - Employees laid off in some geographies and then similar roles hired in geographies that will cost them less $ - Leadership all close to retirement and just looking to sell their business.
