Pros
In an industry filled with cutthroats and phony experts. Insignium is a breath of fresh air. We have an amazing culture and are a proper values-driven firm. We do meaningful work for fabulous clients who appreciate the positive impact we bring. A wonderfully diverse team of some of the smartest and nicest colleagues I've worked with. One of the few consulting firms that genuinely values its staff.
Cons
It seems like S and N are both moving on. If what we hear is true, they are entertaining offers to sell the firm. It feels these days every firm our size gets sold. I don't blame them, they worked hard and deserve a reward. But I fear that which makes us great is likely to go away if we get gobbled up by the IT firm that's notorious for its cutthroat nasty culture, lack of diversity, and deeply concerning reviews.
