      Pros

      Lots going on good pipeline and some really amazing colleagues, good pay, fully remote, good PTO

      Cons

      Disorganized , poor strategic communication from senior leadership, cliques rule the house. Terrible STD cover. Hard to progress unless in one of the cliques.

      - Will is a motivating CEO - No company I’ve been at puts patients first in real, tangible ways like Insmed - Great benefits - Great colleagues

      Cons

      - Understaffed. It’s a grind and people are burning out but afraid to say anything - Severely outdated processes create a drag on hiring and efficiency
