Pros

As a Cloud Architect at Insomnia Cookies, I've had the pleasure of working on a variety of challenging projects that have allowed me to grow professionally. The team environment is incredibly supportive, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Management is approachable and genuinely invested in the well-being and development of their staff. The company's commitment to using cutting-edge technology means that there's always something new to learn, which keeps the work exciting and engaging. Overall, Insomnia Cookies is a great place to work for anyone passionate about technology and looking for a dynamic and supportive workplace.

Cons

While Insomnia Cookies offers a dynamic and exciting work environment, one area that could see improvement is the variability in day-to-day tasks. Sometimes the fast-paced nature of the job can lead to a lack of clear structure for those who thrive on a more consistent routine. However, this also provides an opportunity for employees to develop adaptability and problem-solving skills in a lively atmosphere.

Pros

One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty! Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable. Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother

Cons

Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
