Pros
One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty!
Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable.
Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother
Cons
Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
