Pros
Recruiting process was great - each person I met was so kind, smart, and motivated. The interviews were thought provoking and fun, and the interviewers were eager to help answer questions. Onboarding was paced well, and I felt like I got everything I needed to learn the industry, company, and more about my role. I also met so many incredible people, which I'm realizing is the special sauce of Inspire! People at Inspire have a desire to win, but not at the cost of each other's wellbeing. We have a supportive, encouraging, and FUN culture! Would highly recommend Inspire to anyone looking to join a mission-driven, fast paced, exciting organization!
Cons
None that I can think of. Only thing I will note - transitioning from a large company to a smaller start-up can be an adjustment, and it's not for everyone. Consider the pros and cons before making the jump!
