Good coworkers, great mission, but rampant cronyism and unfair compensation practices

Work from home (but soon turning to hybrid) coworkers are friendly Mission driven Wellness days off
Cons
Cronyism - most positions get filled with friends of executives and they come in with higher titles and pay than they should be receiving Lack of advancement opportunities for POC and women unless you accomplish something grandiose or if it’s for optics Executive heavy with not enough junior employees to get work done Lack of manager review process making it difficult to report bad managers Skip levels are frowned upon Women and minorities do not have pay parity with their white male coworkers
