Poor Leadership & Chaotic Culture - Territory Manager Inspire Medical Systems Employee Review

Goal growth year over year was astronomical, leadership was appointed based upon sales success, not based upon managerial skillset and capabilities. Leadership also had little to no training. Culture is dominated with bullying and gaslighting, with little to no support, guidance or positivity. Communication and direction to the field is chaotic, with product outages and mismanaged ETA's on deliverables.
