Pros

Pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

The lack of HR at this company allows for a very toxic and stressful work environment with little to no boundaries. They treat staff like they are easily replaceable and unvalued. This includes speaking to staff in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner with no repercussion. If you raise concerns you will be belittled by upper management. There are no clear job descriptions or expectations. Due to high turnover, it's difficult to receive good training or feel comfortable in your duties. For providers, rounding and on-call is often stressful because the schedule is not followed - especially on weekends. You will be expected to pick up the weekends the surgeons are not there, regardless of how little time in advance you are notified. The systems in place are extremely inefficient and lead to errors, some affecting patient care. Very strong focus on profit. In addition, their social media presence is often prioritized over other duties. You will be expected to participate in their many forms of social media regardless of if you want to.

Pros

Working at Inspired Spine has been incredibly inspiring. While the workload is substantial, the challenges push me to grow every day. The company is innovative, and it's great to see that the opinions of younger employees are truly heard. There's no room for procrastination or laziness, but genuine contributions are always appreciated and recognized.

Cons

None. May be the workload?

Pros

Working at Inspired Spine has been a rewarding experience, primarily because of the company’s unwavering focus on patient care. The commitment to improving patients’ lives is at the core of everything we do, driving innovation in medical techniques and technology to ensure the best outcomes. The company also recognizes the unique value each employee brings, which creates a strong sense of belonging and ownership. The diversity of the staff—both culturally and in terms of knowledge—adds to the collaborative and creative environment, making it a place where new ideas are encouraged and celebrated. There’s also ample room for personal and professional growth.

Cons

As with any rapidly advancing medical field, the pace can sometimes be fast, and the constant push for innovation means that you need to stay on top of the latest developments. This can be challenging for those who prefer a slower or more traditional work environment. However, if you thrive in dynamic settings, this could be seen as a positive challenge.
