Pros
1. The people! I get to interact with for the most part are passionate and intelligent and who are excited to be doing what they are doing. 2. CTO used to be an intern, I like that. I'd like to see them promote even more internally instead of external hire. 3. They don't get the whole company together in person, which is a mistake.
Cons
Too many meetings, Need to celebrate the wins more, it seems like every time we have a win we move on to the next big project instead of really celebrating it.
