Pros

Good health insurance Above-average pay Friendly and kind colleagues across teams

Cons

Excessive focus on winning new business, even for junior team members, with performance often judged by unrealistic BD expectations not reflected in job descriptions There were repeated instances of sexual harassment involving senior staff members. While formal HR meetings were conducted, no meaningful action was taken, and similar incidents continued to affect other female employees. Minimal support on client delivery or retention, teams are often stretched thin, with 1–2 people running entire accounts and little to no involvement from senior leadership Leadership is largely hands-off and unresponsive to resource needs, even when raised repeatedly Poor onboarding experience. new joiners are expected to jump into accounts without proper handovers or briefings Internal processes are chaotic: expectations change frequently, priorities shift without warning, and there is no clear structure or communication from management Feedback mechanisms exist but are ineffective, issues raised by staff are rarely actioned or meaningfully addressed Culture is visibly low in morale. Many team members are disengaged or burned out, and turnover is high Little psychological safety. The environment is fast-paced and unstable, with shifting expectations and unclear performance metrics Long hours and high workloads are common, with little relief from hiring or support planning

Pros

Some great people, very international, and opportunities to work for a variety of fortune 500 clients. As an entry level Account Manager, given quite a bit of responsibility and chances to actually manage client accounts. Great place to start out because of the freedom to grow by doing work that at other consultancies would only be done by senior consultants/directors.

Cons

Company culture is such that nothing but new business matters, not even when it comes to servicing current clients. Very poor management that is not engaged at all in the development or retention of employees. Few incentives in place to motivate employees to go above and beyond (or stay).
