Pros

Great learning opportunity.. Everyone (despite their discipline) should have an opportunity to learn about Inclusive Design practices

Cons

The management approach is highly problematic, characterized by micromanagement and passive-aggressiveness. Success seems contingent upon proactive involvement in projects and networking. Unfortunately, the Executive Director tends to belittle and speak unfavorably about others. Trust in HR is questionable. Compensation is insufficient, and there's resistance to innovative ideas and workflow enhancements. The organizational structure appears intentionally fragmented to keep control within upper management.

Pros

good opportunity to learn about disability and inclusion

Cons

questionable practices, micromanaging, unclear expectations and timelines, poor communication systems, outdated practices, very high turnover rate, takes advantage of the energy of young people, poor compensation, unorganized, poor training, it says a lot when people don't eat lunch advice for any job: make sure they follow employment laws, and the best people to work with are the ones with fulfilling lives outside of work
