Small branch which didn’t really have much room for growth yet there was plenty of lateral possibilities.

Fair benefits and kind employees. Good vacation time. Good 401k matching.

Nepotism/favoritism. Poor management. Family/friend run company. Some have privileges that others do not. Salaried employees are often not required to work full days. No sense of direction. Lack of organization.
