      Fair benefits and kind employees. Good vacation time. Good 401k matching.

      Cons

      Nepotism/favoritism. Poor management. Family/friend run company. Some have privileges that others do not. Salaried employees are often not required to work full days. No sense of direction. Lack of organization.

      Great co workers and solid management made this job enjoyable and consistent productivity made the days work feel smooth and fulfilling.

      Small branch which didn’t really have much room for growth yet there was plenty of lateral possibilities.
