Great group of people to work with. A lot of long term employees. Family oriented. Room for growth. Creative problem solving encouraged. Open to change when new ideas are suggested. Everyone does multiple jobs so you never get bored because you are always learning new things.

Its a small company so sometimes people are spread thin when others take time off. Everyone wears multiple hats & you are expected to fill in where needed.

Good benefits, good 401k match. 4 weeks vacation, but you will need it. There are actually some really nice people bit the bad out weigh the good unfortunately.

Employees seem scared and repressed. Management and IT monitor you're computer, protect personal gmail accounts and other accounts. They fire qualified people on the spot.
