Pros
If you're a junior and need building systems experience in either Mechanical, Energy modeling, or Electrical design, it's a good place to gain that experience.
Cons
Sweatshop period. Used to be Cobalt Engineering. Low pay, way below industry standards which is why most experienced Designers leave, and work is dumped on Designers with unrealistic timelines all the time you're evenings and weekends are often spent in the office. Very high turnover rate obviously no mystery why. Promotions are often based on who the best buddies with the Senior Partners are.
