11yWhat you describe certainly isn't right. We try hard to build trust so that even if all the facts cannot be put on the table, our employees will assume that our motives are good. It would be difficult, and many times inappropriate, to share all the details needed to understand how a decision is reached. But we acknowledge that perceived injustices can deflate even the best employee. Sorry that you've been disappointed. If you haven't spoken to your management or to HR, you are encouraged to do so.
