      Staff you work alongside is great. They go out of their way to help with issuesand genuinely form friendships. You'll also benefit from seeing different IT enviroments.

      Cons

      -Pay is much lower than other jobs in the area -Employee turnover is extremally high -CEO wants to become a motivational speaker, instead of listening to employees and bettering the business -CEO throws temper tantrums, yelling at staff when deadlines aren't met due to not enough staff / unrealistic deadlines. -To meet deadlines, plan to need to gain 10+ hours of overtime weekly

      The people who are currently employed here love it here! Our company culture is of extreme importance to us. Our employees are aligned with our core values and are very happy here.

      Cons

      Sometimes we hire someone who we think is a good core value fit for our company, and then find out that’s not the case. When that happens, we move on from the employee. Core values is of more importance to us than job skills!
