Pros

The team at Integrity HR is comprised of so many knowledgeable and dynamic consultants. Every day and every client is different - you will never get bored! In addition to the great work I get to be a part of, I genuinely feel that my managers and coworkers care about and support me. It’s a close-knit group. I can also say that company leaders value professional development, which is especially important to me as a young professional.

Cons

Consulting isn’t for everyone - if you are someone who enjoys spending most of the day at a desk and having a lot of consistency in your day-to-day work, Integrity HR may not be a great fit for you.
