Pros

I came to Integrity HR to learn from the best HR professionals - and I got a great education! It was amazing to learn from people I truly admire. I gained so much knowledge and expertise and really appreciate everyone I had the opportunity to work with during my time there. I had to move, so regrettably I couldn't stay with the Company. This is an amazing woman owned Company. I'm so inspired by everyone I had the chance to work with. Great clients, very professional, caring and concerned leaders. Good pay and benefits. Management is willing to listen and respond to the needs of employees.

Cons

This isn't a job where there's nothing to do. You'll be challenged with working with clients and answering questions quickly. The day goes by fast - some people may not like the fast pace. There were some technology issues that were part of Fifth Third Bank but now that the company isn't part of the bank anymore, it seemed like people could perform their jobs well.
