Majority of the people are very good at what they do. Plenty of social activities. The company invests into the employees well-being. Beautiful offices. People are very kind and welcoming.
Cons
Internal processes are broken making it very difficult to be efficient. Plenty of administration tasks that makes one very inefficient. Not competitive salary compared to the market. Working with people from the other side of the world and lack of accountability makes the work very challenging.
