      Fast changes are tearing company apart

      - Good salary - Great people to work with - Some good benefits like remote working, flexible work/life balance

      Cons

      New owners, CEO and upper management are destroying the great company that Intelerad was, with overly ambitious goals to satisfy their investment. The culture is being drained, changes are being made so fast you don't have time to adjust, and redundancies are happening frequently as they restructure, and shift roles to new locations or outsourcing. Entire teams with important roles have been decimated and are now non-existent.

      Pros

      Majority of the people are very good at what they do. Plenty of social activities. The company invests into the employees well-being. Beautiful offices. People are very kind and welcoming.

      Cons

      Internal processes are broken making it very difficult to be efficient. Plenty of administration tasks that makes one very inefficient. Not competitive salary compared to the market. Working with people from the other side of the world and lack of accountability makes the work very challenging.

      Very capable people to work with. There are a lot of social activities. Work flexibility is amazing.

      Cons

      Intelerad struggles with resources making it difficult to deliver quality service. We lost a lot of great talents due to the acquisition. The company is very focus on $ and less on the quality of the service to customers.
