Pros
Honestly, it's a shame. As it could be great, but full of square pegs in round holes. Staff turnover always has been and remains massive. A bit of a merry-go-round.
Cons
Weird pay date, on or around a certain day monthly. Terrible online reviews buried away, (name changed from Intelligent Business Transfer. (see Google). They only promote and point to the good ones on Trust Pilot (there are even terrible ones on there also). Business has changed names a few times and avoided a compulsory strike-off from companies house. Nothing Intelligent about them, as they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Cannot market appraise properly, no sales progression capabilities, except a few decent people with lots of goodwill who are left to do the best they can, muddle through, and learn what they can as they go. Pure upfront money profiteers. A model designed to make money from advanced fees, like an addicition. Fees on sale are a bonus but not the focus is the the ethos, although they do sell the odd thing by accident. Classic over inflation of suggested asking price to dangle the carrot, get upfront money, then manage the price down. They DO NOT sell much, honestly. Most of their sellers withdraw after the contract goes beyond its horrbile long tie-ins. They suddenly went from a stock of around 500 to 300 odd very recently.
