      No pros to working for such a company

      Cons

      complete lack of communication. company hasn't made a profit in years massive debts no respect for staff. private court documents shared by staff member. turnover of staff is ridiculous!

      None... unless your in with the boss.

      Cons

      Very target driven environment. Poor management team. No policies or procedures in place. Pressure to perform or you’ll be fired. They are working hard to try and get their poor profile image up. Don’t be fooled by spoof good reviews from certain managers within the company.
