There are some genuinely nice people that work here, and I strongly believe it's the only aspect keeping the place afloat.
Cons
The single most toxic place I have worked.
An SLT that spend more time and effort pointing fingers and laying blame (at each other as well as their teams) than focussing on actually acknowledging what is broken and putting in efforts there.
Nepotism and inner circle mentality is rife, leading to a complete lack of open and honest communication.
More interest in how things look, rather than its content and veracity.
Strategies and ideas aplenty, with barely a thought to the complexity of their execution, which are quickly forgotten about and left half finished when the next shiny idea comes along.
Micromanagement due to a culture of fear of failure (see finger pointing above).
