Pros
The only pros is that the colleagues are friendly because we are bond by trauma
Cons
Bad management (only expect result, not providing any help), dont have career growth, have to use your own property (laptop, phone, tel no) but don't give allowance for it, didn't give you proper explanation about commission and target, give different basic salary based on if you speak Mandarin or not but the workload, expectations and targets is the same, long working hours (8.30 - 6.00)
