fair salary, Good location accessible public transport

Girl manager like to yell, force everyone in a team to sit in a compact meeting room for whole working hour (sometimes need to ot bcs she will assign u to only do one order although you already had other order you cant go home???). few time she asked people to closed the blind which is literally next to her. Forced ot (in my case not compensate). Micromanaging and Guiltripping management syle.

The only pros is that the colleagues are friendly because we are bond by trauma

Cons

Bad management (only expect result, not providing any help), dont have career growth, have to use your own property (laptop, phone, tel no) but don't give allowance for it, didn't give you proper explanation about commission and target, give different basic salary based on if you speak Mandarin or not but the workload, expectations and targets is the same, long working hours (8.30 - 6.00)

1. Good working colleagues expect for high position people such as the managers and boss

Cons

1. No compassion toward people working there 2. They do take all your commison 3. No sense of appreciation or gratitude 4. Managers are money minded 5. They even make the Interns to work out of what the Interns supposed to just to give the company sales and hit the target. 6. Don't trust by seeking for commission. 7. You will be chased after even you are on leave.
