Pros
The work and research team are amazing! If you like international research and problem solving, it is just the place. The research team there is great to work with and very collaborative. You get exposure to some very big names in the research world and are encouraged to take ownership of your work products, no matter how big or small. That is, if you can tolerate the other aspects.
Cons
The company structure is pretty broken. There isn't much of a company left. There is little room for advancement, the pay is not up to par with other institutions (and definitely not competitive), and very little communication is given about the well-being of the organization. The small company is run by a board, who is absent nearly 100 percent of the time. Inter-company communication is passive aggressive and non-research team members like to instill hideous levels of bureaucracy in a company of less than 25 employees.
