Very toxic work environment. In the first month of my employment, I have seen five employees left the organization with short notice and kept counting.
I also have seen donors cancelled projects for poor quality and below standard services.
Really cruel management who only cares about the donation they receive from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation than any thing else, not about their employees and their families or the quality of their services.
My advise for potential employees is think thoroughly and do your due diligence before deciding to join this organization.
