      I was hired full time they never have me full time. Despite the law they make you wait 6 months for health benefits. They claim you as a "variable houred employee." Meaning if you don't get X amount of hours for 6 months straight your not eligible for health insurance. They control your hours to keep you under that threshold. It's a total scam. Our GM was fired a month after the hotel was open. Trying to get help is like talking to a brick wall. They also give you shifts you weren't hired for like Night Audit or Bar Tender or Kitchen staff. They just stick you wherever

      Do not believe anything that is not documented. The work culture is terrible, If you are not able to fall in line immediately, you are removed. There is no work/life balance. If you are not married to the job you will be a target on your lack of flexibility, "buying in", team player, or devotion to the company. If you're trying to climb the company ladder it's about who you're friends with not your work ethic or skills. I witnessed this company destroy a great work culture in a very short time once the take over was completed. I believe the owner and his son are wonderfully nice men, however key decision makers under them are ruining the company from the inside. Be cautious, read the fine print, and have everything documented.
