Pros

Only here because it’s hard to find a job during covid

Cons

We’re tasked to manage customer payment issues using templates, from telling them to read the terms and conditions to threatening them with legal actions or engaging debt collector agency. The goal is to get their next round of membership fees. I feel so much negativity working like this, so I’m looking out but it takes time to find a job in the pandemic

As you already know, the Community Support Team has the goal of providing fast and effective help to our members. Of course, there may be times where templates prove helpful and efficient for reoccurring cases in order to be able to always achieve this goal. Very organized company with a great goal in mind. Loved the people i worked with.

There was not any downsides to working here
